Particle Conversion Emitter

Using an Ally Enhancement, Healing, Charging, or Supply type Skill to grant a buff or heal an ally grants Particle Transmission. Particle Transmission converts to Particle Emission at max stacks and deals Additional Damage proportional to Skill Power when attacking an enemy. Particle Transmission does not apply while Particle Emission is active. Granting another buff or healing a target affected by Particle Emission increases the duration.
